さ	さっくすおじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンターに２回訪問し、驚愕のことが２回起こりました。１回目はせせりをつくるトングを地面に落として洗わず使用したこと。２回目は伏せます。味がいいだけに本当に残念。客のことどう思ってるんかな？一回潰れていいと思います。こんなに不愉快になった料理屋ありません。もう二度と行きません。追記日にち関係ありますか？忙しいのはわかりますが、社員教育を再度徹底させられたらどうですか？キッチン隠すようにしたほうがいいですよ。追記衛生管理を徹底していると記載されていますが、若い女性の方はおそらくできていないと思います。男性の社員さんがいる時はしているのかもしれませんが。昼は忙しくて捌ききれないのであればもう少し工夫が必要だと思います。私自身あまり衛生面や接客態度等気にすることはありませんが、あまりにも酷すぎたので初めてここに投稿しました。追記日にちについては、キャッシュレスで支払っていないためわかりません。 2回目の出来事を記載致します。別の客の注文を店側が間違えてオーダーしました。客から間違えていると指摘があり、その料理を私のところに横流しのように提供してきました。今コロナ禍ですよ？マスク外して飛沫飛んでいる商品をそのまま提供しますか？あまりにも気分が悪くなりました。まあ客のことなんかなんも考えていないのでしょうね。まあそれぐらいの意識で仕事をする会社なんでしょうね。日にちの確認する前に女性の衛生管理意識の徹底をしてはどうでしょうか。 I visited the counter twice, and two surprises happened.
