いやはやビックリしましたです。チャーシュー変わったんですね❗豚バラチャーシューになっていて、パサつきは勿論ゼロです?スープはこの地域独特の豚骨ベース。これがとても美味しい✨あとは麺に独自性があれば完璧だと思います❗これは地元のミネムラ製麺かしら❓❓
そして今回、味噌スープのレベルがとても高いことを発見しました?ニンニクは元々入っているのでしょうか。とてもコクがあるのにあっさり感も兼ね備えたとても美味しいものでした。新井で味噌と言えば...の某有名店くらいのコクに感じましたよ☺

今回もチャーシュー麺と、味噌チャーシュー麺にしました?しかしなぜか両方とも味が薄め...醤油の味がしない～??ベースのタレが少なかったのかな❓❓美味しいけど、以前の味を覚えてるだけにそこが少し残念?前の写真（白色の丼）と比べると、今回（黒色の丼）のスープはほぼ無色なような気がします?次回に期待?

This time, I chose char siu noodles and miso char siu noodles. But for some reason, the taste is so thin ... I don't taste soy sauce. That's a little disappointing. Compared to the previous photo (white candy), the soup of this time (black candy) seems almost colorless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン感謝祭の日だったので、ラーメン400円、餃子300円でコスパ最強でした。
その後何度か来店してますが、味にばらつき(濃い薄い)があります。先日は見た目も味も過去一薄くて、言った方がお店のためになるかなと思うレベルでした(言わなかったけど)。
It was Ramen Thanksgiving Day, so the ramen was 400 yen and the dumplings were 300 yen, which was the strongest cospa.
I have visited the store several times after that, but the taste is uneven (dark and light). The other day, the appearance and taste were the thinnest in the past, and I thought it would be better for the store (I didn't say that).

焼肉ラーメンはしょうゆベースに豚焼肉と野菜も多め、それぞれは美味しいのですが個人的には少し油っこく感じてしまいました…
からあげは骨付きのもので揚げ立てを美味しく頂きました。
