★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GWなのか知れないが注文してからの品出しがめちゃくちゃ遅いのでお腹がすいた時に行くよりもすくかもしれないギリギリのところで行った方がいいです。
また、味が薄いので濃い味が好きな若い方にはオススメ致しません。
 I don't know if it's Golden Week, but it's so late to get the goods out after ordering, so it's better to go to the last minute than when you're hungry.
Also, since the taste is light, we do not recommend it to young people who like strong taste.

意外にも、二郎系ラーメンの様に、分厚くて大きな角煮が３枚も入っていて驚いた。
ワカメもたっぷり。
ケチっていないのが良い。
汁の味も口に合っていて、とても美味しかった。
そばの量もかなり多いと思うので、少食の人は小盛りで十分だと思う。
I ate pork kakuni soba.
Surprisingly, I was surprised to find three thick and large kakuni noodles like Jiro ramen.
Plenty of wakame seaweed.
It's good not to be stingy.
The taste of the juice was also good and it was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中津川駅から苗木城址へ行く途中の裏木曽街道沿いにある手打ち蕎麦＆うどんのお店。
店先でご主人が蕎麦手打ち作業をされていて、食欲をそそられる。
週末ランチタイムで混雑。田舎蕎麦2段＆天ぷら盛りを注文している人が多かった。
天付き梅ころそばの普通盛り1300円（税抜き）を注文。海老天＆かぼちゃ天付き。小盛りでも十分な量。わさびと練り梅を添えていただく。二八蕎麦というが、しっかりした手打ち感ある蕎麦が美味しかった。

At the storefront my husband is doing a soba hand operation and I can get an appetite.
Crowded at weekend lunchtime. There were many people ordering the rural buckwheat 2-stage & tempura platter.
I order the usual heaping 1300 yen (without tax) of a plum custard soba with a sky. With prawns & pumpkins. Even a small amount is enough. Served with wasabi and milled plum. Soba noodles, which are called Soba noodles, are delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温かい梅蕎麦いただきましたが蕎麦が見えない程生ワカメが敷き詰めてあり大満足です、妻はかけうどんの少なめですが魚貝のスープが今まで見た事がない美味しそうな薄いオレンジ色系で２人共大満足

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの鴨南蛮うどんが大好きです。
無性に食べたくなると車で70分かけてきます。
今回は13時頃お邪魔して、鴨南うどん（小）と 鴨つけ汁セイロと天ぷら盛り合わせを注文。
鴨南うどんは、透き通るような汁に細めの麺と焼き葱と鴨肉、良い出汁で汁まで全部飲み干せます。
セイロのつけ汁は本当にいい味で量も多い、ドボット漬けても濃くないので美味しくいただけました。
食後の蕎麦湯もたっぷりなので蕎麦つゆで少しづつ割って飲みたくなるつゆでした。
鴨南（小）は間違いでした次回は（普通）に戻します。
地元の方達は鴨南うどんか天ぷらうどんがの注文が多い気がしました。

There is plenty of soba hot water after meals, so it was a soba that you would want to drink by breaking it into soba soup.
Kamonan (small) was wrong Next time I will return to (normal).
I felt that the locals often ordered Kamonan udon or tempura udon.

蕎麦はコシがあり美味しいです。
ただ量が少ない為一枚では足りないとおもいます。
店内が雑然としていて雰囲気はないのが残念。
You can enjoy handmade soba and udon noodles.
Soba is chewy and delicious.
However, since the amount is small, I think that one sheet is not enough.
