A	Ayano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで訪問。和牛重2,000円。定食が売り切れてたので1日5食限定のこちらを選択。ナムルやサラダなどは小盛り、お肉は柔らかくてとても美味しかった。男性だとちょっと食べ足りないくらいのサイズ感かな？おかわりは無料とのこと。 Visited for lunch. Wagyu beef weight 2,000 yen. ぶ	ぶらりおたべ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き肉居酒屋。ランチで利用。名物とある焼きすき焼き定食を注文。すき焼きは煮込むが、これは焼いたすき焼きとのこと。タレが濃すぎるが生卵でからめると程よくご飯が進む。味が濃すぎるので牛の旨味はわからない。提供される皿が冷えているのでせっかくの焼きすき焼きが直ぐに冷えてしまえのが残念。味は普通に美味い。またニンジンなどは完全に火が通っておらずかため。汁の椀にはベットリと調味料がついており手が汚れた。細かいことを書いたが、ちょっとした配慮が欠けるだけで味、心象も落ちる。席には灰皿があり、後からきた客が煙草を吸い始めた。最近、ランチで喫煙の所は久しぶりだったので、改めて煙草の臭さが気になって食事の味が半減。禁煙にならない限りは再来店はないかな。 Grilled meat tavern. W	WEBマスター on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの皆さんの感じがいいですね。全国のふるさと納税返礼品で肉が届き、12月から4月まで毎日のように食べたがまだ減らない。その上でコメントすると、米が欲しくなる味。すなわち裏を返せば肉だけ食べたら食べ飽きる味とイコール。アルコールを勧めたいのだろうが、その前にアルコール前提の味ではなく、いろいろな客に合わせるように工夫して出しわけるくらいはしないと、もっともっと繁盛しないといけないからね。お客全員に同じ味付けではなく、好みを聞いてから、肉を出しわけるくらいの手間は必要。ワンランク上のお店を目指してほしい。
