★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても便利な場所にあり、車種も豊富でよく利用していましたが、24時間営業でなくなったので（働き方改革で仕方ないですが）少し不便になりました。
が、いちばんの問題点はスタッフの対応で、待たせることもなんとも思わず、電話も取らず、待っている人への気遣いや裁き方などもなっていません。
なかでも、責任者とおぼしき人物の高圧的な物言いには驚かされました。ガソリンを入れて戻っても「欠けてる」の一言。実はその車はガソリンメーターが満タンを示すまで時間がかかるようで、別のスタッフが再度わざわざチェックし、大丈夫ですと言ってくれて事なきを得たのですが、当の本人は誤りもせず、知らない顔。こんなのが責任者だったらこの店は終わっています。近くに同じ時間帯で営業している日産レンタカーもあるので、今後はそちらの利用も考えます。車種の豊富さときれいさ、装備のよさではニッポンレンタカーがいちばんいいと思っていただけに、たった一人の愚かな対応で一気にイメージが低下しました。利用される方がそのような不快な目に遭いませんように。

Actually, the car seems to take time until the gasoline meter shows full, and another staff checked again and said that it was okay, but the person himself made no mistake, An unknown face. If this is the person in charge, this store is over. There is also a Nissan rental car that operates at the same time nearby, so we will consider using it in the future. Just because I thought that Nippon Rent-A-Car was the best in terms of the richness and cleanliness of the car models, and the equipment, the image suddenly dropped due to the foolishness of one person. Please do not encounter such unpleasant eyes.

24時間営業でなくとも、せめて朝5時半開業にしてもらえると助かります。
多分このままだとエニカの個人間シェアリングにほとんどのユーザが奪われるから対応した方が良いかと。既にトヨタレンタカーは撤退しているし。
