(左側は薬の渡し場所の前)
確かに受付の人は入った瞬間に挨拶とかしてくれるタイプではなかったが、こちらから普通に「こんにちは〜」とか言ってお薬手帳と処方箋を渡せば問題は無い。
 Both left and right are written as "entrance", but the one entering from the right is closer to the reception.
(The left side is in front of the medicine delivery place)
Certainly, the receptionist wasn't the type to say hello the moment he entered, but if you normally say "hello" and hand over your medicine notebook and prescription, there is no problem.
