★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改善してほしい事があって本社に連絡しましたが、各店舗の担当者に任せていますと。総務の方が電話とりましたが、私は知らない感満載でした。本社がしっかりお客様の話を聞いて改善出来る体制取らないとお客様は離れますよ。
I contacted the head office because I wanted to improve it, but I left it to the person in charge at each store. The general affairs person called me, but I was full of feelings I didn't know. Customers will leave unless the head office takes a system that can listen to customers and make improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅からすぐと立地は良くスタッフも多いが、夜は特に接客態度も良くなく何を聞いてもまともに答えられるスタッフがいない。挨拶や謝罪もなし。一人くらいまともなスタッフを置くことは出来ませんかね。何度か続いてからもう行かなくなりましたが。
The location is good and there are many staff members right from the station, but the customer service attitude is not particularly good at night, and there are no staff members who can answer whatever you ask. No greetings or apologies. Isn't it possible to have a decent staff member? After a few times, I didn't go anymore.
