Super unfriendly if you can't speak Japanese.
I can speak a little Japanese but they insist that you should come with a friend who can speak Japanese.
They are not going to help me to make an appointment and insist my problems are not a disease and let me go.
Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is not welcome foreign patients!Because the doctor can not speak English, although the nurse can, they are unwilling to treat you, whether it’s emergency or not. Giving the hospital one star is too much. This should be closed by Japanese government as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great. Very friendly nurses and doctors. Had a little bit of language barrier, but they are really nice and patient. Able to meet all of our needs at hospital. Very clean and safe area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the medical quality, but the place isn't very english-friendly. They can find a doctor that speaks English in case of emergency or real need, but for all the administration and the non-medical communication , it's difficult. That's disappointing considering that all the medical specialities are written in big letters plain English at the main entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless hospital if you don’t speak Japanese. Even with all the traduction on my phone - they refused to help me - left me outside in the rain with 2 legs hurt and no way to go around the city. Just give me a phone number which does not work. If I could give less than 1 star I will. Totally useless, do not care about patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this hospital after I had been ill for a number of days. We were on holiday and only speak English. The amazing hospital staff were very quick to obtain an English translator on Skype and assist us in explaining the issues and obtaining medical assistance. We did not have to wait for very long and found the staff to be very helpful, kind and empathetic.

Everybody was friendly and helpful even if we were foreigners!!!
This is a reservation only hospital so do make a reservation first!
The energy inside the hospital was not tiring at all.
