正直アットホームな感じです。
筋の通った言い方をすればちゃんとやってくれます。
例えば、キッチンのシンク下がカビ臭いとか、古い物件も色々抱えているので、小倉不動産の工事部門が存在するのも有難いことです。
工事のほうは、〇くらいで二重丸は付けられないですがね。
不動産のほうは、少なくとも親切で借り手側の立場に立ってくれる人が多いですよ。
まぁ、ワンマン社長なので、あまり突っ込んだところまで考えなければ、非常に優秀な不動産会社かと思います。

In real estate, there are many people who are at least kind and take the position of the borrower.
Well, I'm a one-man president, so I think it's a very good real estate company if you don't think too much about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内見の際、ゴキブリみたいな大きな虫の死骸がありクリーニングしてくれるよう依頼。契約書交わす際に、クリーニング済みかどうか確認。クリーニング済みとの回答→2回も確認し、クリーニング済みだと言われたが、入居日当日、まだ虫の死骸があった。
3回言ってようやく業者がきた。入居者をなめてんのか！
入居後も様々なトラブル(コンロの火がすぐ消えて全く使えない。キッチン下の排水管からの悪臭、トイレドアの取っ手のガタつきなどなど)に見舞われ、都度、電話で依頼するも、連絡が行き届いてないのか、何度も同じことを説明するハメに、、、最後には、こちらの連絡内容伝達ミスにされた。この会社は全くおすすめしません。電話応対も最低、めちゃくちゃ横柄です。
追加; 部屋に、元々取り付けてあったカーテンレール、ランナーがたくさん壊れてて、使えなかった。しかも曲がるタイプのレールのメーカーはすでに倒産している会社のもので、もう売っていない。
入居している間は、100均のカーテンワイヤーで代用。
引戸は上部に隙間があり、斜めになって完全に閉まらなかった(壁が傾いてる？)
メンテナンスが全く行き届いていない。

Even after moving in, I had various troubles (the fire on the stove went out immediately and I couldn't use it at all. The stench from the drain pipe under the kitchen, the rattling of the handle of the toilet door, etc.) I explained the same thing over and over again, but in the end, I made a mistake in communicating the contents of this contact. I don't recommend this company at all. The telephone response is also the worst, and it is insanely arrogant.
Added; The curtain rails and runners that were originally installed in the room were broken and could not be used. Moreover, the manufacturer of the bendable rail is from a company that has already gone bankrupt and is no longer sold.
While moving in, use 100% curtain wire instead.
The sliding door had a gap at the top and was slanted and did not close completely (is the wall tilted?)
Maintenance is not perfect at all.
