A	Andy Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed - when we arrived around 5 pm on a Friday, there was only one person and he was serving another rider facing away from the gates. As a result, we had to wait 10 minutes just to flash our JR Passes. There's also infrequent service to Kyoto Station, so make sure you plan ahead.
R	RayRay Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogoto Onsen is a little bit far away from the station and there is no bus going there. There is a flip phone (all nostalgic but has the job done!) provided just at the exit for you to call them for pick up. Very convenient for foreign travllers. A very sweet gesture.
