熊を食べたのは初めてでしたので、比較のしようがないのですが、美味かったです。
食べている時に身体がポカポカ暖まるのが分かりました。若干の獣臭はしますが、それほどクセもなく食べることが出来ました。元気がでます。
Well, it's delicious!
It was my first time to eat a bear, so I couldn't compare it, but it was delicious.
I found that my body warmed up while I was eating. Although it smells a little animal, I was able to eat it without much habit. I'm fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic Japanese restaurant. It features traditional kaiseki dishes along with modern twists on standard kaiseki flavors. The sake-kasu (sake lees) based sorbet was superb.
The restaurant also has an English menu and explanations of the main dishes. Prices range from mid to high depending on the course.
