★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年2021,6月くらいに車を購入した、最初に希望した車がオークションで他のお店に取られたため、別の車を入札すると電話で話してたときに条件を聞き、同意したが、車検証のコピーを確認すると年式も走行距離も全然違うものでした、嘘をつくのは人間として失格してるし、営業となると信用なんて一つもない。
その後、代わりにオプションサービスをすると言われ、条件を言ったが、あれこれ言い訳して、サービスもいまいちだった。
そのときは買い替えのため、業者が車を取りに来る日にちを決めたが、予定日より約１ヶ月も遅れて、むしろこっちが催促しなかったら来なかっただろう。
そして、いやいや買った車のスペアキーは後から届くと言われ、もう少しで今年終わりなのに、届く気配もない。
こんなところマジやっていけることが不思議、ありえない。絶対おすすめしないし、星一つもあげたくない。
営業はただただ金を稼ぎたいだけで、カスタマーサービスとかサポートとかなにも考えてない。
対応してたスタッフは山○さんです。皆さんもくれぐれもお気をつけください。
I bought a car around 2021 and June this year, and when I was talking on the phone that I would bid for another car because the first car I wanted was taken by another shop at the auction, I heard the conditions and agreed. When I checked the copy of the car verification, the model year and mileage were completely different, I was disqualified as a human being to lie, and there is no credit when it comes to business.
After that, I was told that I would do an optional service instead, and I said the conditions, but I made excuses and the service was not good.
At that time, the dealer decided the date to come to pick up the car for replacement, but it would not have come if it was not urged by this one, about a month later than the scheduled date.
And, no, it is said that the spare key of the car I bought will arrive later, and although it is almost the end of this year, there is no sign that it will arrive.
It's strange that I can really do it in such a place, it's impossible. I definitely don't recommend it, and I don't want to give it a single star.
Sales just want to make money, not customer service or support.
