Y	Yui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パン屋さんはショートニングを使われている事が多いので店員さんに使用しているか確認すると、ショートニングを使用しているとの事。荻窪はショートニングを使用していないパン屋さんがいくつかあるのでこちらのお店はあまり利用していませんでしたが、ある時ミートパイやその他いくつか購入しました。軽く温めて食べましたが、バターの香りもなくて味もいまいちでショートニングで胃がもたれ全部食べられませんでした。チョコマーブルのパンは美味しかったです。ショートニング使用であのお値段は高いと思います。 Bakeries often use shortening, so when I asked the clerk if they were using it, they said they were using shortening. Ogikubo didn't use this shop very much because there are some bakeries that don't use shortening, but at one point I bought meat pie and some others. I warmed it up and ate it, but it didn't have the aroma of butter and the taste wasn't good. The chocolate marble bread was delicious. I think the price is high when using shortening.
