H	Hiroshi Saito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １年前に開店したそうです。マンション風ですが、事務所が入っているビルの２階にあって気づきにくく、初めてきました。間仕切りのない開放的な部屋の棚、冷凍庫に食料品がならび、奥に男性が座っていました。彼は来日６、７年のネパール人で、流暢な日本語です。商品は、ネパール、韓国の食材が多く、香辛料・豆は多くの種類があります。タイの食材もありました。ベトナムの調味料はないかと聞いたら、ほしい商品があったら仕入れてくれそうでした。こちらで買ったレンズ豆、緑豆、もち米、ターメリック等に、買い置いてあったココナッツミルク、春巻き皮等で、緑豆入りココナッツ風味のおこわ、レンズ豆と玉ねぎのサラダ、トムヤムクン、ベトナム風揚げ春巻を作りました。買うときに店長(社長？)さんが、それを使った美味しい料理をアドバイスしてくれました。 It seems that the store opened a year ago. Lentils, green beans, glutinous rice, turmeric, etc. that I bought here, coconut milk, spring rolls, etc. that I bought here, coconut flavored rice with mung beans, lentil and onion salad, Tom Yum Kung, Vietnamese-style fried spring rolls I made. When I bought it, the store manager (President?) Advised me on delicious dishes using it.
