先生、スタッフのみんなはすごく優しいです。治療の説明も各段階できちんとわかりやすくしてくれます。虫歯の治療で通い始めて最初は緊張してましたが、痛みは全くないし、院内もきれいだし、先生スタッフも優しいので、これから定期的に予防歯科など通わせていただきます。あと先生は英語ペラペラなんで外国の方でも心配なく通えます。
The dentist, staff, basically everyone in the clinic are all very nice and polite. The treatment itself was also painless, and the dentist explains each stage of the treatment, before, during and after, in detail so you know what he's doing. Was nervous at first but the process was really very smooth and hassle free. Dr. Ogawara is also fluent in English so there's no problem there either.

The teachers and staff are all very kind. The explanation of treatment is also easy to understand at each stage. I was nervous at first when I started to treat cavities, but I have no pain at all, the hospital is clean, and the teacher staff are kind, so I will go to preventive dentistry regularly from now on. Also, the teacher is fluent in English, so even foreigners can attend without worry.

治療は痛くなかったです。歯科医の先生も、治療する歯の現状や治療方法をちゃんと説明して下さり、安心できました。
ですが、半年前コロナウイルスにより、暫く通院が延期と連絡を受け、その後大丈夫になったら再度予約の連絡をするので待っていて欲しいとのことでしたが、その後全く連絡を頂けておりません。
その頃は、神経治療は完了しておらず、後は被せ物をして終了という状況でした。
しかし、日が経つと治療した歯が痛みだし、堪らず他の歯科で見て頂いたところ、治療した歯の神経がまだ残っており、炎症を起こしている事が分かりました。
神経の取り残しは多いみたいなので、仕方がないとは思いますが、通えるにしろ通えないにしろ、せめて連絡はほしかったです。
何ヶ月か歯を放置してしまいました。
とても良くしていただいて、信頼できる歯科だと思っておりましたが、こんな形で通えなくなるなんて残念です。

There seems to be a lot of nerve left behind, so I think it can't be helped, but I wanted to be contacted at least whether I could or couldn't.
I left my teeth for several months.
I thought it was a reliable dentist because it was so good, but I'm sorry that I can't go in this way.

院長はとても温厚で、きっちり内容も説明してくれるのでとってもいい。
自分が歯医者嫌いだったのを
この先生なら自分の歯を任せたいなって思ったくらいです。
当たり前ですが、院内は清潔でいくつかの部屋に分かれており、先生一人で診ている様子。かなり多くの患者さんを抱えてるんじゃないかと思います。
治療に来られた方に寄り添った対応をする先生は、多くのことを学ばせていただいてます。
ホスピタリティの高さがファンが付く要因かなと思います。

治療方針からいつもしっかりと説明して頂き、安心して治療をお任せ出来ます。
しっかりと通えば、しっかりと治療して頂けます。
人気があるクリニックだと思いますので、少し予約が取りづらい時もありますが、電話などで痛みがある患者の方に関しては臨機応変に、他の方の予約の合間に対応するなどのこともして頂けているようです。とにかく丁寧ですし、患者さんのことを本当に考えて下さる先生とスタッフ様達だと思います。
先生が英語もお話し出来るようですので、外国籍の方も治療に来ているのをよくお見かけします。こういった点も頼りになると思います。

Was told I would get the full mouth cleaning, but then was given some bullshit and told that due to my insurance, I could only get half my mouth cleaned at a time and had to come back a second time. I had made an appointment and took the entire day off work. They had completely double booked my appointment, only treated me for ten minutes then kicked me out. They made me pay full price for the cleaning, even though I only recieved half. Furious.
