牛タン屋さんの定番である厚切り牛タンはもちろんの事、この店の看板商品でもある花咲トロ牛タン、牛タンユッケと全てが美味しかった。
県内都内にある牛タン屋のチェーン店よりも個人的には美味しく感じた。
店員さんも非常に感じがよく、他では中々見ない、分からないメニューの詳細も感じよく教えてくれてとても気持ちよく食事ができる。
店内も広くはないが新しいということもあってとても綺麗で食事がしやすい。
強いての欠点は駅から少し遠いところと横に変な店がある事くらいか。
チネチッタにはよく利用する為今後帰りに寄りたくなるルーティンになりそうだ。

The inside of the restaurant is not large, but it is new, so it is very beautiful and easy to eat.
The only drawback is that there is a strange store next to the station and a little far from the station.
Since I often use it for Cinecitta, it seems to be a routine that makes me want to stop by on my way home in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に気持ちのいい接客をする素晴らしいスタッフが揃った素敵なお店です。食事も牛タンに特化していますがそれぞれ工夫されていてどれも美味しくいただきました。ドリンクなど忙しい時は遅かったりとありましたが、それをカバーする接客スキル。こちらに嫌な思いをさせない努力を感じました。こんな時期だからこそ頑張って欲しい飲食店。また来店したいと心から思うお店に出会えました。ごちそうさまでした！
It's a nice shop with great staff who really feel good about serving customers. The meals are also specialized for beef tongue, but each one was devised and all were delicious. It was sometimes late when I was busy with drinks, but the customer service skills that cover it. I felt an effort not to make me feel unpleasant. A restaurant that I want you to do your best because of this time. I was able to meet a store that I really want to visit again. Thank you for the meal!
