21.12.19バイク不調の為、事前に電話でアポ、本日13時頃にバイクを持ち込み、整備して貰いたい旨を伝え了解してもらいました。貴重な休日に不調のバイクを一苦労して何とか持ち込みましたが、
「年末で今は預からない」
「点検も整備も今はやらない」
「見積もりも出さない」
「年明けしか対応しない」
「持ち帰ってくれ」
との事！
事前に電話で了解もらってますけど？
じゃあ自分は今日何しに来たんですか？
店長はヘラヘラして今は年末でバイク預かってないんですよ～。
電話でアポとった時点で店と客との契約成立してますよね？
客の電話代、時間をムダにして馬鹿にされた気分です。どこが「安心と信頼のダンガリー」なんですか？
ダンガリー東浦店最悪ですね。
みなさん騙されないでください！

"I don't have any deposits at the end of the year"
"I don't do inspections or maintenance now."
"I will not give you a quote"
"Only available at the beginning of the year"
"Take it home"
