出張原付修理を依頼したら、HPの作業料金表に記載のない「工賃一式」2800円が請求された（2021年9月時点）
作業員に指摘すると、「HPに記載はないですが、うちのルールですから」とのこと。
また、時間指定をしていないのに「高速代」1980円がかかった。どんな遠くから来たのかと問いたい。
想定外の料金は客に迷惑をかけるので、全ての費用項目をHP上に記載するべきと思い、★1とした。

ふざけてます、商売なめてます。
こんな仕事やっておいて未来があると思ってるんでしょうか？

夜に引き取りに来てもらい、次の日の夜に持ってきてもらいました。出張で来てもらうので、値段は妥当かなと思います。問い合わせの時点でちょっと金額が不透明な感じの解答でしたが、その点も問題なく終わったので妥当な金額です。
高いと言ってる方は、出張サービスでなく、実店舗でやってもらえば良いのではと思いますが・・・
対応も悪くなく、人も良い感じの人でした。
実店舗に持っていかない方、行けないようなバイクに乗ってる人には良いサービスだと思います。
