★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星もつけたくないぐらい、対応のひどい店だった。前回はおもいっきり、シンの残ったコメをだすわ(返品しようと店に行ったが閉店してた。)今回は、『米が炊きあがるのに20分かかります』と言われしかたがないので、待っていたら自分の前の客と揉めている。やっと呼ばれたかと思ったら『米が無くなりました』だと言われ目が点に。なら、米が無くなった時点で待っている客全員にいうべきだろう。閉店まで1時間以上あるのに厨房の判断ミスだろうに、客への謝罪はレジの女の子任せで表に出てきやしない。店長含め、社員の再教育を本社に希望する。
 I did not want to put on the stars, it was a bad deal. Last time, I always sent out the remaining rice from Shin (I went to the store to return but it was closed.) This time, it takes only 20 minutes for the rice to cook, so there is no way. If I'm waiting, I'm giving up with the customer in front of me. When I finally thought I was called, it was said that "the rice was gone" and my eyes were on the point. So we should tell all the customers waiting when the rice is gone. The apology to the customer does not come out on the surface of the cashier and leave it to the customer, as it may be a kitchen judgment mistake even though it has been closed for over an hour. I would like the head office to retrain the employees, including the store manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内、店回り良く清掃、整頓されています。11時付近に行くと出来立てのかつ丼、味噌カツ、つくね丼が待つことなく購入できます。ただおばさんの接客が不愉快です。二回行きましたが忙しいわけでなく人柄が最低でした。この口コミをオーナーが見てくれたらと思います。
The inside and around the store are well cleaned and tidy. If you go around 11 o'clock, you can buy freshly made katsudon, miso katsu, and meatball bowl without waiting. However, the customer service of my aunt is unpleasant. I went there twice, but I wasn't busy and my personality was the worst. I hope the owner will take a look at this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場10台ほど停めれます。平日の11時くらい飛び込みで行き、他の待ってる人は無し。注文して8分位でお弁当が出来ました～
何処にでもあり、安定の"ほっともっと"味などの感想は、人各々なので。電子マネーが色々使えるので有難いです。
About 10 parking lots can be parked. I jumped in at about 11 o'clock on weekdays, and no one else was waiting. I ordered and got a lunch in about 8 minutes ~
