必ずホームページ確認して下さい。どうやら3日前に予約が必要みたいです。
場所がものすごく分かりにくいのですが大船渡市防災観光交流センターの2Ｆのようです。駐車場は大船渡市防災観光交流センターの北側に停められる場所があります。
また機会があったら見学こようと思います。
I should have seen the homepage in advance, but now it seems that advance reservations are necessary, so I didn't go there after 15:00.

The location is extremely difficult to understand, but it seems to be on the 2nd floor of the Ofunato City Disaster Prevention Tourism Exchange Center. There is a parking lot on the north side of the Ofunato City Disaster Prevention and Tourism Exchange Center.
I will visit again if I have a chance.
