魚の産地が地元であればなお良いが、難しい状況ですね。
The owner, Mr. Shimao, is a relative of Mr. Toshio Shimao.
I like talking because of Odaka's circumstances.
It would be even better if the fish were produced locally, but it's a difficult situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most special moments from our time in Japan back in 2019. The master chef told us of his 73 years in Odaka, and he and his son were very hospitable. Before we left, they gave us a present - these beautiful ceramic chopstick and sauce holders. We can not wait to visit again. Such a special place.
