★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道から移動後、いつか行きたいと思っていましたがいつも並んでいたので二の足を踏んでいました。
妻とタイミングがあったので月曜日のお昼に伺いました。
平日と言うこともあり、駐車場も満車状態で数組みが並んでいます。
運良く出る車がありましたので駐車できました。
店内は綺麗で店員さんも活気があり良かったです。
自分たちは入口からまっすぐ行った所の小上がりに案内されましたが、テーブルが２卓あり個室感が有り良い感じ。
肝心の料理は、自分は焼き肉定食で妻はホルモン定食。（妻は以前の店舗でホルモン定食しか食べなかったほど大ファン）
移転後の味はどうか、、、「美味しい！！」昔食べたときの感覚が蘇ってきたそうです。モツは臭みもなく程良い食感で噛みきれないと言うこともなく絶妙なバランスで、七味を掛けると更に味に締まりが出て最高だそうです。
焼き肉定食もボリュームがあり肉もしっかりとしていて美味しかったです。
自分はホルモンが苦手でしたが、少し味見をしてみて他のホルモンと違い美味しかったので次回はトライしてみたいと思います。
After moving from the national highway, I wanted to go someday, but I was always in line, so I was reluctant.
I had a timing with my wife, so I visited at noon on Monday.
Since it is a weekday, the parking lot is full and several groups are lined up.
I was lucky enough to have a car so I could park.
It was good that the inside of the store was beautiful and the clerk was lively.
We were guided to a small rise straight from the entrance, but there are two tables and it feels like a private room.
The main dish is a grilled meat set meal for me and a hormone set meal for my wife. (My wife is so big that she only ate a hormone set meal at the previous store)
How about the taste after the move? "It's delicious !!" It seems that the feeling of eating it a long time ago has revived. The offal has an exquisite balance with no odor and a good texture, and it is said that it is the best when you add Shichimi to make the taste even tighter.
The grilled meat set meal was also voluminous and the meat was firm and delicious.
I was not good at hormones, but after tasting a little, it was delicious unlike other hormones, so I would like to try it next time.

マスフライ定食を注文。ボリューム一杯でタルタルソースどの相性も抜群でした。
同僚が頼んだカレイの煮付や鯖味噌煮も美味しそうだったので、次に注文したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は国道沿いにあったドライブインでした。店舗を新築して営業しています。お昼も夜も常に混んでいます。何を食べても美味しいですが、もつ煮込み単品700円非常に食べごたえがあります！昼と夜では食事の値段が若干違い、お昼の方が安いです。

13時過ぎと比較的遅い時間だったと思いますがなかなかに混雑?
サバ味噌定食が美味しいと聞いていましたが、その日はあいにく売り切れ…
もつ煮定食を頼みましたがそちらも大変美味しく頂きました☺️
次ころサバ味噌定食を食べてみたいと思います！

営業形態も変わり、麺類を扱わなくなった。
昼は、ご飯ものの定食が複数。
夜は居酒屋形式。予約制だったかな？
最近は、このスタイルが多い様。
混雑を避ける為、土曜日の昼下がりに訪問。
それでもかなりの混雑ぶりだったが、店の回転が速く、客を待たせない❗
ニラレバ定食を注文した。
おかずのボリュームがたっぷりで、小鉢も旨い。男性向けの味付け。
感染対策をきちんとしつつ、飲食スペースが広いのは強み。店員さんも愛想が良い。
後日、ホルモン定食を食べましたが、モツが新鮮で、今まで食べたホルモンで一番旨いかも知れない❗?
