現在お店が推しているのは野菜ラーメン。醤油、塩、味噌各種とりそろえております。今回はみそ野菜をいただきました。
上に紅生姜を乗せているのが特徴的。野菜は極力地元産のものを使用するように心がけているそうです。
この他には地元産白神ねぎを使用したラーメンも推していました。

店内は座敷とカウンターがある。日替わりのサービスを行っているので、そこは合わせて使いたい。昼時は混む。
提供も早く、接客も良く、味もいい。地元産の野菜を使うところも、この店の良さ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンは美味しくて好きですが、お店を入った瞬間、店員さんが時計をチラって見て時間を確認、午前の部が終了する45分くらい前でしたが、なんかその仕草は嫌でした。そのあとは、ずーっとずーっと店員さんがこちら（客）をじーっとみてきて、食べてる時もじーっと見られていてすごく嫌な気分でした。すごく居心地の悪い店でした。
注文も食べるのも急かされている感じで嫌です。
ラーメンは美味しいけど、もう行きたくない。

After that, the clerk was looking at me (customer) all the time, and I was staring at him while I was eating, which made me feel very unpleasant. It was a very uncomfortable shop.

Ramen is delicious, but I don't want to go anymore.

麺四郎より味は薄めネギは少なめでした
ご馳走様でした。
