B	BOCHI_BOCHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理だけの評価なら、⭐⭐⭐⭐。前菜のプレートには５種類が乗る。見た目にもキレイな盛り付け。パスタは３種類から選んだ「信州キノコのガーリックソース」は量的にショボいのが、第一印象。ガーリックの香りが食欲をそそるが、シメジをメインとしたキノコの香り、味がかき消されてしまっている。マイナスポイントとして、着席後に、予約の別の客に合わせるので４５分後位の提供になる、なんて案内はあとだしジャンケンみたいで、心証が悪い。入店時にきちんと伝えてくれたらよかったのに。もうひとつは、秋雨降る外気温１５度の肌寒い日のデザートが「八ヶ岳ミルクのジェラート、夏イチゴのソース」だなんて有り得ない。コーヒーの温もりだけがありがたかった。(ただし、薄っぺらい味だったのはガッカリだった。) 美味しいとの評判に期待もひとしお、堀辰雄の「風立ちぬ」を彷彿とさせる建物で期待も一層膨らんでの訪店だったが、その反動で、この結果に落胆の度合いが大きかった。 For evaluation of food only, ⭐⭐⭐⭐. 平	平野裕介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチセット(1900円)を頂きました。まず、事前にちゃんと場所と外観を調べてから伺った方が良いです。写真の通り、ほぼ民家にしか見えず、看板も大きくありません。また駐車場は台数があまり止められません。出来るだけ少ない台数でいった方がよいです。店内は古い別荘をリノベーションした落ち着きのあるデザインで、新しさと懐かしさ、どちらも感じる雰囲気でした。また最大でも4組程度の広さですので、騒がしくなる事もないかと思います。料理は、この価格でやっていけるのかな、と不思議に思ってしまうくらい美味しく、見た目も綺麗です。野菜そのものの美味しさもさることながら、それを際だたせる味付けで、素材の味をちゃんと感じさせてくれました。食後のコーヒーも、非常に軽めの味わいで飲みやすく、余韻を邪魔しないのも良かったです。 I got a lunch set (1900 yen). キ	キャバリアのレイ-My Life with Cavalier- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬の寒い日にランチコースをいただきました。前菜、パスタ、メイン、デザート&飲み物という内容でしたが、レベルの高さに驚きました。すごく美味しいだけでなく、盛り付けなど見た目にも美しいです。特にソースが素晴らしく、前菜のサラダのピンク色のドレッシングやメインのリンゴを使ったソース、そしてデザートのジェラートにかかっていた干し柿と紅茶のソースは特に絶品だと思います。パスタは3種類から選ぶことができ、クリームパスタを選びましたが器も温かく、あつあつの出来たてで出され無言になるほど美味しかったです。一緒に行った友人はトマトソースを選び、これまた今まで食べたトマトソースの中で一番美味しいと言っていました。お店の雰囲気も素敵で綺麗で居心地が良く、星付きイタリアンビストロと言える印象でした。 I had a lunch course on a cold winter day.
