五穀米のごはんも味噌汁もおかわりできるのは嬉しいですね。

ランチセットはお得感あり、野菜もたくさんとれて良かったです。
付け合せの水菜と、ブロッコリー、さつまいもに味がついてなかったので、☆−１にしました。

店員は店のメニューの説明ができない。
ソースがなんなのか、味が甘辛なのか、辛いのかさえ説明できない。
客の服や手に運んできた料理をこぼしても謝らないし、布巾も持ってこない。
ビチョビチョになったお盆と、お盆下までビチョビチョなまま、「ごはんと味噌汁はお代わり自由ですので‥」とかよく言えたな。
もちろん、店長も謝りにこない。
おまけに電話をとるスタッフは自分の店の名前も名乗れません。
とにかくスタッフの教育レベルは最低。
メニュー考案した人や立地のおかげでもってる店。
自分ですぐ作れない料理+基本的な接客用語、応対品質込みで外食代消費税10パーだと思ってるんで、あえて接客で気分悪くなる店に行きたいと思わない。
こんな接客レベル低い店が駅に入ってるなんてびっくりした。

The clerk cannot explain the shop menu.
I can't even explain what the sauce is, whether it tastes sweet or spicy.
I won't apologize for spilling my customers' clothes or the dishes I bring to my hand, nor do I bring a cloth.
I was able to say, "Our rice and miso soup are free to replace."
Of course, the manager does not apologize.
In addition, staff who call will not be able to name their own store.
Anyway, the education level of the staff is the lowest.
A shop that is made thanks to the people who devised the menu and the location.
I don't want to go to a restaurant that makes me feel uncomfortable because I think it's a 10-per-part restaurant tax including food that can't be cooked by myself + basic customer service terms and service quality, including service quality.
It was surprising to see such a low customer service level entering the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚肉の生姜焼き定食を食べました。肉は3枚。美味しいのでもう2枚ほど欲しい。ご飯と味噌汁がおかわり自由なので、その分おかずを多めにしてもらいたい。
店内はとても広く、スペースも十分取っています。店外ともオープンになっているので、換気の部分は心配いらないようです。
今はテイクアウトもやっているみたいなので、今度テイクアウトで行ってみようと思います。
I had a ginger-grilled set meal of pork. 3 pieces of meat. It's delicious, so I want two more. The rice and miso soup are free to change, so I'd like to have more side dishes.
The inside of the store is very large and has plenty of space. It's open outside the store, so you don't need to worry about ventilation.

武蔵溝の口にある店舗には入ったことがあるので二度目です。
陳列棚をみて、食べる候補を決めていましたが、席に案内され、テーブルにある日替りランチのメニューをみて、気が変わりました。
コンボ定食にしました。
魚と鳥の両方が楽しめるのでいいかな？と思いました。
ごはんは2種類から選べます。
ひじき入りごはんにしました。
味噌汁、ごはんはおかわりができます。
今回はしませんでした。
オープンな作りになっているので、ある意味、今の時期は嬉しいかも？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日にテイクアウトの注文をして受け取りに行ったら予約注文なのに入店待ちの列に並ばされて中々案内されず、仕舞いにはレジ担当の人に『如何なさいましたか？』とか言われ予約注文のことを再度伝えると店内飲食の人と同じ列に並ばされた。その結果、折角のテイクアウト予約なのに10分弱待つことになった。週末で混んでいたのも影響したんだろうけれど、店員同士の連携が出来ていない印象を受けた
When I placed an order for takeout the day before and went to pick it up, I was lined up in a line waiting to enter the store even though it was a pre-order, and I wasn't guided at all. When I told him about the pre-order again, he was lined up in the same line as the people who eat and drink in the store. As a result, I had to wait a little less than 10 minutes even though it was a take-out reservation. It may have been affected by the fact that it was crowded on the weekend, but I got the impression that the clerk could not cooperate with each other.
