九州料理をあまり食べた事が無かったので不安だったが甘めの味付けで美味しかった。
白味噌もつ鍋の〆にチーズ雑炊がオススメ。
また、フロアマネージャーの対応が良く良く気配りが出来ていると思う。
ごちそうさま。
More satisfied than expected.
I was worried because I hadn't eaten Kyushu food so much, but it was delicious with a sweet flavor.
Cheese porridge is recommended for the white miso motsunabe.
Also, I think that the floor manager is very responsive and attentive.
Feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新百合ヶ丘の九州料理のお店。お料理がどれもこれも全部美味しい、スーパーフロアマネージャーとスーパーフードマネージャー（どう呼んだら良いか分からないけどとにかく有能なスタッフさんふたり）がいて満員の店内全体を綺麗にまわしてる。途中から人数が増えるなど予約とだいふ違う状況に気持ちよく対応していただけました、楽しく楽しくたくさん飲みました、また行きたいお店です、ご馳走様でした。
（テイクアウトもやっていて、お土産にお弁当をつつんでもらいましたが、家族にも好評でした！）
A Kyushu restaurant in Shinyurigaoka. All the dishes are delicious, there is a super floor manager and a super food manager (I don't know how to call them, but there are two talented staff), and the whole store is packed cleanly. The number of people increased from the middle, and I was able to respond comfortably to the situation that was quite different from the reservation, I enjoyed drinking a lot, I wanted to go again, it was a treat.
(I was also taking out, and I had my lunch wrapped in a souvenir, but it was well received by my family!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江田のお店が良かったので、こちらにも来てみました。一軒家ではなくテナント型ですが、こちらもオシャレで、何より店員さんが笑顔で愛想が良く、感じ良いです。
料理は、オススメを聞いてレモンステーキ定食にしました。
すき焼きみたいなお肉が焼き石で焼かれていて正直、ステーキではなかったですが美味しかったです。
やはり定番のチキン南蛮とかにすれば良かった…あんまり量を食べる人向けじゃないなと思いました。

The meat like sukiyaki was grilled with grilled stones, and to be honest, it wasn't steak, but it was delicious.

もつ鍋定食(¥1298)
この冬もつ鍋食べてなかったなーと思い(夫は食べられないから)行ってみました。
ランチだともう煮込まれたやつが土鍋で出てくるお店が多いけどここは、火が通る前のをお席で食べる形式(IHだけど)なのでずっと熱々で食べられてよかったです！！
お味噌の味が濃厚でモツも、プリプリで美味しかった。
他の定食はとても安いし、居酒屋だけど仕切りが多くて広々空間でゆっくりできそうな雰囲気でした。
飲み物ドリンクバーで飲み放題はいいけど小さいカップでいちいち取りに行くのが面倒だからお水だけはテーブルにポット置いて欲しいなぁ?

Motsunabe set meal (¥ 1298)
I thought I hadn't eaten the motsunabe this winter (because my husband can't eat it), so I went there.
At lunch, there are many shops where stewed ones come out in clay pots, but this is a format where you eat at your seat before the fire goes through (IH), so I'm glad you could eat it hot all the time! !!
The taste of miso was rich and the offal was delicious.
Other set meals are very cheap, and although it is an izakaya, there are many partitions and it seems like you can relax in a spacious space.
Drinks All-you-can-drink at the drink bar is good, but it's a hassle to go get each one with a small cup, so I'd like you to put only water in the pot on the table ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant serves a variety of Japanese dishes. At lunch the menu is limited to "set" selections, which may include miso soup, rice or salad etc. With the style of cooking here you are encouraged to flavor the food to taste with salt, condiments etc to your liking - these will all be given to you. We had the chicken with tartar sauce set lunch, as well as various noodle set lunches. All tasted pretty good! The décor here is clean and contemporary, with both counter and booth seating. There is a chef at the counter, and this adds a touch of class to the place. Staff were friendly too. Be aware that you will be asked to pay up front (at least at lunch time) but they take cash and credit cards. I was taken aback by being asked to pay upfront as this is unusual for a traditional Japanese restaurant that isn't ramen (or another Japanese "fast food".) Check opening times before going as during the week last orders for lunch is around 2 (please check!).
