★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母親を名東区の老人ホームに入れたく、５件ほとホームを見学に行きました、人数の多い１００名などは、まるでスタッフが機械のような扱いをしている、感じに見えました、ある病院が経営しているところは、院長先生のプライドが高く、なじみにくいと書き込みもありました、やはり昔からいう、学校など一クラス 25人～35人が最適と有るように、全体を責任もって管理できるのは、30人前後ということになります、そこで人数が26名、ケアガーデン見学時は部屋も暖かさも感じ、手作りの飾りの多さ、スタッフの気使い、細かいところまで、ハンドメイドが行き届いているうよに思えました、とにかく驚いたのは最初の見学後帰りは責任者が車までお見送りしてくれました。 ケアガーデン高針
