介護施設として存在していてはいけません。
 The counselor is the worst. Attitude and words are tough. Besides, it is drugged.
It must not exist as a long-term care facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務方の人達は最低の対応です。施設から病院へ行ってくださいと言われ、迎えに行った際にどこに行くのか何故行くのか問われました。それも対応した人全員からです。また、施設側から病院の予約しますから希望日を聞かれ、それっきり連絡もらえずこちらからわざわざ電話しないと予約日と予約時間を確認しなくちゃいけません。最低の事務所です。

Also, the facility will make a reservation for the hospital, so you will be asked for the desired date, and if you do not get in touch with it, you will have to confirm the reservation date and the reservation time unless you call.
