★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前職員として働いていましたが、上司のパワハラ、スタッフ間での虚偽の報告、毎日の目標と定めろ、何でも構わないと言いながら自分の思った形でなければ再提出。
他にも様々な事がありましたが、一番嫌だったのは退職する際に自分の事を貶す、家族や前職の事をも馬鹿にした発言を管理職の方がされるような素敵な職場です。
これから働く方には是非とも考え直して頂きたい施設でした。
I used to work as a staff member, but I resubmitted it if it wasn't what I wanted, such as the power harassment of my boss, false reports between staff members, and setting daily goals.
There were many other things, but the one I hated most was that when I retired, the managers made ridiculous remarks about myself and my family and previous jobs. It's a nice workplace.
It was a facility that I would like all future workers to reconsider.
