D	Dra Hama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西調布駅と飛田給駅の中間にあるラーメン屋さん、大鉢亭に行ってきました。すりばちらーめん。なかなか聞かないネーミングですよね。でも名前から分かります。ゴマのすり鉢をどんぶりに使用しているラーメンなのでしょう。ということはゴマが入っていますね。個人店なのでこういった工夫は大切だと思います。早速注文しました。「すりばち醤油らーめん」770円にしました。ゴマなら味噌だろと思ったのですが、ここはあえて醤油です。麺の大盛サービスなので、大盛にしてもらいました。麺は中太縮れ麺で、スープは醤油にゴマが効いています。上に刻み海苔が掛かっています。最近、ラーメンに刻み海苔を入れるのが流行っているのでしょうか。あまり見かけない中で連続したので驚きました。麺もスープも美味しいです。ご馳走様でした。 I went to Ohachitei, a ramen shop located between Nishichofu Station and Tobitakyu Station. Since it is a private store, I think this kind of ingenuity is important. I ordered immediately. "Suribachi Shoyu Ramen" is 770 yen. I thought that sesame would be miso, but this is soy sauce. It's a large serving of noodles, so I asked them to make a large serving. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles, and the soup is soy sauce with sesame seeds. The chopped seaweed is hung on the top. Is it popular to add chopped seaweed to ramen these days? I was surprised because it was continuous even though I didn't see it very often. Both the noodles and the soup are delicious. It was a treat.
