★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakae's new landmark is the futuristic looking Oasis 21 complex, which was opened to the public in 2002. Oasis 21 accommodates Nagoya's highway bus terminal and several shops and restaurants. Various events are held on the "Milky Way Square", the public space below the building's intriguing "Water Spaceship" roof, which is also accessible to the public and features a large pool of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still a nice shopping area but with the park across the street being renovated, it looks a little dated. Still, it has a great observation area with a wonderful view of Nagoya tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cool and innovatively designed real time oasis. A romantic place to hang out with the loved one, especially at night. Certainly a good place to visit with family because you will love the bright and colorful LED light from the Oasis with the background of Nagoya TV Tower.
Suggestion: try capturing the pic with the tv tower at your back drop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so disappointed with the ice skating ring. It was completely impossible to skate at all. The shoes also pretty poor. Don't waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm impressed with this futuristic building. One of the Nagoya's landmark, being opened to the public in 2002. This mall has a clothing store, food court, bus terminal and an events place inside which is dubbed the “Milky Way Square”. There are also variety of anime and manga stores in it.
At the rooftop named the “Water Spaceship” roof, its fiber glass roofing is filled with water and lights. The top floors are open space, and the incoming breeze are refreshing especially during evenings. It also gives viewers majestic view where almost the entire district can be seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What ever there is an interesting architecture of oasis21. There are some restaurants and some shopping ? stores here. Also you can easily approach the bus terminal from here.
Because of it’s location you can enjoy both
Hisayaodori park and Oasis 21 in a same hour.
Helloween day in every years. At least 30000 people are gathering here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a small shopping district for me. We went here because of studio ghibli.
Fun part was winning at the game. Just one try, I got a small prize and a gift.
There is a convenience store to find foods and all. There are also food stall.
The eating area was clean. It has the clean as you go system. There are pigeons everywhere which is fine.
Anime shops are available as well.
Fun stay. But maybe, during the evening, It is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for visitors. Near to subway. Easy and clear location. If visit at night, more beautiful with those lighting effects. For those like skating, can enjoy it at lower basement.
