★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely cafe under hisayaodori park. See if you can sink into one of the comfy leather chairs in the back room. Desserts are a little small but delicious, and tea and coffee is great. There’s some lovely fruit/herbal teas available. One thing I found a bit confusing is that they charge more for iced coffee than they do for hot. You need an extra 100 yen to…not heat the thing up? Add ice? Either I’m missing something somewhere or… Also, most of the menu seems to be a little overpriced for what it is. However the atmosphere is amazing, and it’s a great place to sit and chill for a few hours.
