日本三大料亭のひとつです。
でも、甘味だけでも大丈夫です。
先日ここの葛切りが日本一美味しいとテレビでやってました。
さあ！その葛切りです。注文が入ってから葛を練るのです。
そして、氷の上に透明な葛切り。
あー美味しい。こんなの食べたことない。
葛と水の分量が絶妙なバランスです。
つるつると喉に入ってきます。
上品な黒蜜もまったく雑味はありません。
そして、もう1品！葛餅です。
口に入れた瞬間に溶ける感じです。
ふーーー。日本人のわたくしはお抹茶と共に。
横の外人はペリエでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 表参道周りで疲れたらエンポリオ・アルマーニカフェでエスプレッソ、ティラミスを頂きます。昨日は昼間お茶して夜はパスタ等頂きました。シャンパンを頼んだのですが女性スタッフが入れてくれたのは冷えてなかったらしく(?見ていて気づかず ?)男性スタッフが慌てて新しいシャンパンを持ってきてくれました。勿論、銀座のアルマーニよりも格、味は下ですが気軽に立ち寄れるのは便利だと思います。
