赤だしの味噌汁が美味かった。天丼には、赤だしやな。
Visit at lunch. I ordered the upper bowl with anago (1350 yen). It's usually delicious, but I want some more features.
The miso soup with red miso soup was delicious. It is red for Tianyu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々な佐藤に行きましたが、ここが新しく豪華で好きです。一番安い2.5千円のコースにして、日本酒はひたすらぬる燗や熱燗で飲むという酒飲みには贅沢な時間を過ごすことが出来る良店です。

おでんをはじめ、いろんな料理と日本酒が楽しめます。
おでんは、たこ、ツブ貝、たまご、はも天、大根。
だしがとってもすっきりしている！
食材の味を生かすすっきりしただしにハマりました。
ゴルゴンゾーラのハムカツ。
ゴルゴンゾーラとハムってめちゃくちゃ合います。
青葱たっぷり 鶏のパリパリ天ぷら。
たっぷりの鶏肉の天ぷらを大根おろしとネギで味わえるのです。
お酒をちびちび飲みながら楽しめる。
冷めても衣がべたつかず、さっくりしていました。
鶏肉の旨味がしっかり衣の中でぎゅっと詰まっていました。
揚油もよく、もたれなかったです。
ぬる燗佐藤はこだわりの日本酒をこだわりの日本酒を47都道府県から150種以上取り揃え、
11段階にわたる温度変化で楽しめます。
日本酒を、お好みの温度で熱燗、ぬる燗、人肌燗、花冷え、雪冷え、みぞれなど5度から55度までの5度単位で呼び名が変化してゆき、それぞれ香りや味わいの繊細な変化を楽しむことができるのが特長です。
日本酒はぬる燗佐藤名物 ３酒飲み比べセット。

上天丼をいただきました。
天ぷら専門店のサクサクのものとは違いますが、海老は美味しかったし、あなごもおっきかったし、良かったです。
サラダの他に小鉢もついて、板麩の赤だしがわたし好みでした。
天丼のタレはちょっと辛めなので、ごはんには控え目にしてもらえると嬉しい。

ウリはもちろん日本酒の種類多さ。
北日本、東日本、西日本、そして店長オススメと飲み比べが産地ごとに分かれているのは非常にありがたいし面白い。
割と日本酒は種類呑んできたつもりだったけど、まだまだ知らない銘柄がおおいなーと。
ただ選ぶだけじゃなくて変化をつけてくれるのもありがたいかな。
料理は欲張って色々頼みましたが、2色のおでん。
出汁おでんとデミ味噌。
どちらもそれにあった具材が並んでいて美味かったナー。
まあ、あとは定番のポテサラいくらがけ。
ゴルゴンゾーラのハムカツ、ベジ串、鳥のパリパリ揚げ。
へしこ。。。。しょっぱすぎてこれだけで日本酒いっちゃうわ。
スパークリングも頂いてご馳走様でした。
有楽町あたりから徒歩圏内ならまた行きたいね〜。

いやぁ、丸の内はすごいですねぇ、、
東京駅前の開放感と景観。そして丸の内エリアの新旧織り交ぜた街並み。
二重橋スクエアは賑わってましたよ、ま、駅からもそんなに遠くないですからね。
こんな寒い日は日本酒！って事でぬる燗佐藤さんに初訪問！！
まぁとにかく日本酒飲み比べセットが楽しすぎて頼み過ぎて笑
メインはデミ味噌と江戸前澄み出汁の2種類から選べるおでんと串！今流行りの野菜巻き串も多数ラインナップ！！
そりゃもうどれ食べても美味しい。。
店内は色々と仕切りもあるし、シックな感じでオシャレでした。こんな店知ってたらモテるだろうなー、というお店！
