いつもぶっかけを頼みます。ぶっかけを半分食べたら無料のダシをかけてかけうどんにして2度楽しみます。今日は牛肉がかなり甘かったので明太子とネギでカラメにして食べました。

I always ask for a bukkake. After eating half of the bukkake, sprinkle a free dashi stock on it to make udon noodles and enjoy it twice. The beef was pretty sweet today, so I ate it with mentaiko and green onions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎月3～4回の利用。とにかく手軽でうまい。それに店内が清潔。今日は、ぶっかけの肉うどんに卵を賞味。寒い日には最高です。東仙台以外にも、仙台駅東口や長町のモール店も利用してます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼時はかなり混雑するのでテーブル席をアルコール消毒することが間に合わず、対応しきれない場合もあります。店員さんに声かけすれば対応してくれるので、安心して食事をするためには少し時間をズラして来店するのもいいと思います。
小上がり席は主に小さい子供を連れてこられる家族向けにいいと思います。

本日は神スタッフ日和。
決して少なくないお客様を的確にさばき、回転率がかなりいい仕事回しをされていました。
また、それぞれのお客様の状況を瞬時に判断し、サポートなどもしてくれてこんなに気分良く食事ができたのは久しぶりでした。
「釜揚げうどん半額」の日だと、お客様が多過ぎて、どうしても麺のゆで加減にばらつきがでるはずなのに、製麺するおじさんスタッフの見事な手捌きと的確なゆで時間管理、注文をうけるお兄さんスタッフの迅速な対応と細やかな気配りがさりげなくて凄かった。
他のスタッフも痒いところに手が届くような感じで、不自由なことはほとんどなかったです。
常に満席を保っているのに、待ち時間が少なく、店内はスムーズに出入りが出来ていて無事に席に座れました。また行きたいなと思います。ご馳走様でした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あさりのかき揚げ天のうどんと丼がありました。夫がうどんで私は丼を食べました。私には少しタレが甘いようだったのでタレをかけないでもらってだし醤油をかけると良かったかも。店員さんの対応がとても良かったので気持ち良く帰って来ました。
