山	山形太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉そばだけで言えば私的には山形市内で屈指のお店だと思います。鳥の旨味が十分に感じられる甘めの汁は思わず飲み干してしまう程美味しいです。見た目も三つ葉やかまぼこを乗せるなどしていてきれいです。一緒に鳥皮を焼肉のタレで味付けしてご飯に載せたものも食べましたがこちらはかなり人を選びますね。味付けが肉そばに合わせるには個性が強すぎる感じがしますし鳥皮は普通に火を通しただけのようなグニュグニュした食感でした。店内はカウンターとテーブル席があって一人でも複数でも利用しやすいですが、お店の場所がわかりにくい上に駐車場も多くなく駅も近くにないためちょっと不便ですね。 Speaking only of meat soba, I think it is one of the best restaurants in Yamagata city.
