★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま用がありましたのでノジマ電気ステラタウン店にお邪魔させてもらったら運良くPS5があったので購入しました。
店舗自体の面積はそこまで大きくはないのですが、接客の品質は業界最大手のノジマさんだなぁと思うくらいよかったです。
また機会がありましたらお邪魔させていただきます。
先日はありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広告で見た冷蔵庫を買いに行きました。店員さんがすぐに対応してくださりスムーズに購入できました。アプリを入れてくださりポイントもたくさんつけていただきました。配送もちゃんと連絡がありきちんと設置していただきました。けれどポイントを使ってテレビを購入しようと思い、お店に金額を聞いたのですがお答えできないと言われてしまいました。以前ヤマダ電機に聞いたときはすんなり教えてくれたので残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホの通信会社乗換と機種変更をお願いしました。かなり良い感じで、お得に契約できました。また、他の量販店ではスマホの契約と併せて電気の契約をしつこく勧められたりしましたが、ノジマでは一切そのような事はありませんでした。今後、スマホの事はまずノジマに相談しようと思います。凄くおススメです。ありがとうございました。

担当の方は若い方でしたが、対応も説明も丁寧でわかりやすく、料金も離れて暮らす親との家族割を提案していただいたことで予定より安くなりました。ノジマでのスマホの乗り換えは初めてでしたが、ショップと変わらず快適でしかもお得にできました。次回は自分と奥さんの分で利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。
