ヤマダ独自の機器保険の説明に登場したが、とにかく頻繁に咳き込んでおり、店の衛星管理に不信感を感じた。
それと補償の説明も的を得ない。不明点を質問しても「これまで問題なかったから大丈夫」的な回答の繰り返し。
顧客にとって大切な説明を果たす気がないと感じた
The customer service of the clerk with the name tag of the deputy store manager is terrible.

今回は年賀状印刷の為にプリンターを見に行きましたが型遅れ等があったりして安く販売してました。ただ、最新機種は半導体の影響なのかかなり強気な価格設定でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空気清浄機を見に行きました。空気清浄機に限らず品揃えは良かったです。空気清浄機は販売員は親切に説明してくれて、今なら割引できると言われ聞きましたが、お値段高めで微妙でした。ポイント考慮しても、ネットで買った方が安かったです。結局、ケーズやデンキチでは、同じ型式でも即時にかなり下げてくれて、こちらで購入。ポイントより現金派の我が家では、参考するには良いお店だと思いました。
