★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そろそろ、テレビを買い替えたいと思って店に行きました。丁寧な説明でよかったです。他の店にも行きましたが、対応は一番良かったと思います。展示品しかなかったので迷いましたが、価格も一番安かったこともあり、品数もかなり少なくなっているようなので決めてしまいました。配送されるのが楽しみです。
 It was time to go to the store to buy a new TV. It was good to have a polite explanation. I went to other stores, but I think the response was the best. I was at a loss because there were only exhibits, but I decided because the price was the cheapest and the number of items seemed to be quite small. I am looking forward to it being delivered.

対応してくださった方は、適切なアドバイス、提案をしてくれとてもわかりやすかったし気持ちの良いものでした。
次もノジマさんで購入したいなと思わせる対応でした。
それにしても十年一昔とはよく言ったもので、テレビの進化にびっくりしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売りにする通りキャリアの販売員が店舗にいないので、顧客目線で本当にフラットな立場で有利な通信契約先、プラン、機種を提案してくれるのが非常にありがたかった。
また、相談してみると、店頭のポップに出ていない条件でのMNPも可能ということで、本当にお得に乗り換えができた。
他にも分からないことがいくつかあって訊いてもすぐに返してくれたのもすごく好印象だった。
次に機種変や通信契約先の変更をする際もノジマにしようと思います。

dポイントもつくし、dカードの支払にするとより一層お得(安くなる)なども紹介してくれて、そのようなことがより一層うれしいし、また何か電化製品を買うとしたらこの店を選ぶと思う。
