★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当初はSimフリースマホでSoftbankを使えるように、USIMカードに変えるつもりで来店しましたが、出来なかったため、ソフトバンクからYmobileへの乗り換えで利用しました。
スタッフによるとは思いますが、私に応対したスタッフの方は好印象でした。説明が分かりやすかったです。また、いつまでに何の手続きが必要なのか、分かりやすくメモでまとめてもらえたので、スムーズに進みました。
こちらの質問にすぐ答えられたのはすごかったです。
乗り換えに当たっての注意事項(キャリアメールが使えなくなるため、各種アカウントのメールアドレスを変えるように！)も説明がありました。
ですが、スタッフの方が何でも把握しているとは限らないので、説明されない内容も中にはあります。
少しでも疑問に思ったことはしっかり質問しましょう。
例えばSoftbankからYmobileに乗り換える場合、
「MySoftbankはSoftbank解約で使えなくなるか」
「ソフトバンクカードはSoftbank解約で使えなくなるか」
といったことです。
詳しいことはソフトバンクのホームページで調べれば分かりますが、答えは『アプリもWeb上でも、どちらも使えなくなる』です。
そのため、乗り換えの前にMySoftbankで明細などの確認をし、ソフトバンクカードの残高は使い切って明細を確認しておく必要があります。
ちなみに、Ymobileに乗り換えたら、新しいソフトバンクカードがバーチャルで発行されます。
