さ	さくらさく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移転前に比べて、移転後は店員の質が落ちた。スマホに関する質問に対して答えられないスタッフがおり、一々他のスタッフに聞いて、また聞き状態の説明をする。他の質問に対しても、詳しい内容が知りたいのに聞いても曖昧な言い方で濁して終わろうする子供騙しみたいなやり方でした（研修中のスタッフではない）服装が他店のドコモショップに比べきちんとしてない。伝書鳩状態なので、言い方に自信がなさそうで信用できない。他のスタッフはフォローなく、伝書鳩の店員が一方的に説明するばかり。ドコモショップ側の不手際があって指摘しても客側が悪いように言われ、クレーマー扱い。結局431での手続きを諦めました。その後、他店のドコモショップに行き、同様の質問と手続きをしましたが、感じがとても良く丁寧でした。ちなみに他店は予約なしで行きましたが、親切に対応して下さいました。昔は431が良かったけど、今は一番人に勧めたくないショップになってますね。ショップが悪くても客側が悪いように責任転嫁する店ですから。客が分からないと思って馬鹿にしてるのでしょう。事前に調べだけど分からず出来ないから質問してるのにと思いますが…。逆に調べてるからこそ誤魔化されてるのが分かり腹が立つんでしょうけど。 The quality of the clerk after the move was lower than before the move. こ	こはる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年前令和2年に皆生店とR431店が統合してできた店でスタッフが多く、新築の店舗のためきれいで広い。法人担当と個人客対応と専門の方がたくさんいる。店の入口道路側にオープンスペースのスマホ教室があり、お店に兎角お金をかけている。居心地がよい。新規のお客様も対応しているが結構混むの予約してから行った方が待たされない。良くないところは駐車場が狭くて一方向(境港側車線)からしか入れず、初めてだと通り過ぎることもある。 Two years ago, in Reiwa 2 years, the Kaike store and the R431 store were integrated, and there are many staff members.
