知り合いの方も以前、ノジマさんは接客対応が良いとおっしゃってましたが、本当にそう思います。

冷蔵庫を迷っていたところ、僕もやっちゃうんですが、ひき肉解凍時に電子レンジから取り出した肉の周りを茶色してしまう人は三菱の『切れちゃう瞬冷凍』がオススメ！と、そして冷蔵庫の内部をジャンプしながら押して耐久性を説明してくれたり(笑)思ってもみない説明で無事冷蔵庫を決められました。
その他にも接客が絶妙で、Eさんが面白くて下見に訪れたつもりが他の商品もすべてお願いしました。
とにかく楽しかったです。
連れも商品のスペックをEさんと語れて楽しそうでした。きめ細やかなご対応に感謝します。

なんとか購入できましたが、もしあれが最後の一台だったら、取り返しのつかないことになってましたよ。

また同じ店員さんにお願いしたいです。

キャリア乗り換え特典、スマホ初めてプラン、ノジマのキャンペーンを組み合わせて、いいお買い物ができました。ノジマの独自のキャンペーンは、偶々めぐり合えればラッキー！！なのでお買い物がてら寄ってみるのも良いかもしれません。購入者のニーズを聞いていただき、様々な側面からご提案をいただけました。ノジマイオン幕張店のスタッフの皆さんはとても良い印象でした。

今まで使用していたテレビが15年程前のもので
ps5 が手に入った事もあり綺麗な映像を大画面で体験したくて買い換えました。
近隣の家電量販店の中ではダントツで安かったのでノジマにしました。とは言っても購入した商品は決して安価では無くとても悩みました。
最終的にはご担当くださった方がとても親切丁寧に分かりやすく接客してくれたこと、一生懸命頑張って下さっていたのでこの人からなら買いたいと思い購入を決めました。
商品はまだ、手元に届いていませんが家族で楽しみにしております。

I bought the SONY BRAVIA OLED TV 65 inch.
The TV I was using was about 15 years old
Since I got ps5, I bought a new one because I wanted to experience a beautiful image on a big screen.
I chose Nojima because it was by far the cheapest among the electronics retail stores in the neighborhood. That said, the products I bought weren't cheap and I was very worried.
In the end, the person in charge was very kind, polite and easy to understand, and he worked hard so I decided to buy from this person.
I haven't received the product yet, but I'm looking forward to it with my family.

付与対象の有無に関わらず、店員さんから何も説明がありませんでした。
いつもこちらで買い物をすると、ノジマ以外にも、dポイントカード等、他のサービスについても声を掛けて下さり、付与分についても丁寧な説明もあるのですが、今回の店員さんは何も言ってくれず、もやもや損をした気分になりました。
店員さんが親切だなぁと、家電量販店といえば、こちらの店舗！というくらい愛用いましたが、何だか残念です。
商品は素晴らしく、満足です。
