★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of things I would buy online but a washing machine is not one of them! After doing some research on my own, I went to Yamada denki and spoke with the person in the washing machine department. While he represented Hitachi, he was extremely knowledgeable about all the machines and helped us decide on the best one. I looked up the price on Yamada denki online and showed it to our clerk. He quickly checked with the manager and they honoured the online price.
All in all a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last weekend I went in to ask some information about a TV set. The staff was very polite and professional. He took time to explain in details about 3 different sets. I bought one and the day after they delivered it to my address. The staff at the check out as well as those on the phone and the delivery boys were all very polite and understood my particular needs, being busy and with little time for the delivery. I will go back there again. Very good ! Thank you
