★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２年くらい前だったと思いますが、テレビで、お客様の要望をよく聞いてくれてそれに沿った商品を勧めてくれる店、といった内容の番組を見たので、行ってみました。
パソコンと炊飯器を買う予定でした。
パソコン担当の方は、こちらの用途をよく聞いてくれて、いろんな機能のついた高いものを勧められることもなく、思っていたものを購入できました。
炊飯器担当の方は、予算もあるので普通に炊ければいいと思っていたのに、ご飯が美味しいからと、予算の２倍のものをやたら勧められました。
結局その日炊飯器の方は購入せずで、やはり販売員の方によっては、こちらの意図が伝わりにくい場合もあるものだなと。
でも、１番最初に買った洗濯機の時は、丁寧に良いものを勧めてくださいましたので、全体的にはお客様の要望をよく聞いてくれる店と思います。
品揃えは、他の大型量販店と同等くらいです。店内も明るく広く見やすいです。

After all, I didn't buy the rice cooker that day, and depending on the sales staff, it may be difficult to convey this intention.
However, when I first bought the washing machine, he politely recommended a good one, so I think that the store generally listens to the needs of customers.
The product lineup is about the same as other large-scale mass retailers. The inside of the store is bright and wide and easy to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷蔵庫を購入しました。配送の方が荷を下ろす前に、設置場所までの経路を確認してくれ、購入した物が通らないこととなりました。持ち帰って頂き、店に行き機種変更させて頂きました。大変なお手数をお掛けしましたが、とても優しく丁寧に対応していただき、感謝しています。配送の方にも、とても良くしていただき、一回り小さな物になってしまい、残念でしたが、気持ち良い対応に、ありがたく、感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

月々の支払いが2台で機種代合わせて11,000円でしたので少しでも安くしたい旨お伝えし最適プランを提案していただきました。
詳しい事は省略しますが、結果として機種変更(i-phone SE→i-phone 12)したにも拘らず費用も掛からずポイントまで付与していただきました。
事前準備の不備もありパスワードの再取得etcお手数をお掛けしましたが、迅速且つ適切に手続きしていただき、即使える様になりました。プロの仕事振りに感心するばかりです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 携帯電話の機種変で休みの前日の夜に相談に伺い親身に乗って貰いました。安くあげるためにキャリア変更で落ち着き、翌日の対応を無理にお願いしてきました(休日出勤をお願いしてしまいました、恐縮です)。閉店間際にも関わらず事前の準備まで行って貰い、遅くまで掛かりましたが助かりました。翌日の朝一で手続きとデータ移行までフルに対応して貰い、お昼丁度に終わりました。サービスと価格と大変満足しています。前回の更新でお世話になり、今回もノジマさんにお願いしましたが、感謝感激でした。
