突然、携帯電話の電源が切れてしまって、壊れてしまった。再起動しても、充電しても、切れてしまう。
機種交換するために、ノジマを訪れました。以前買ったのも、ノジマだったので、１時間３０分くらいで新しい機種に交換してくれました。仕事にも支障なく助かりました。

在庫ないです～。と言われ続け疲れ果てていた時に辿り着いたオアシスでした。
携帯電話の更新というのは面倒くさい、煩わしいとのイメージがありましたが、こちらの店員さんは必要なことをわかりやすく教えてくださり、おとくな提案もしっかりとしてくれて、スムーズに手続きを終えることができました。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノジマ三島店で、Apple Watchを購入しました。ちょうど欲しいタイプの物が在庫にあったので、即購入することができました。スマートウォッチを持つのは初めてでしたので、使用前の設定が上手くできるか心配でした。でも、年末で仕事納めをし、少し時間に余裕があるので、ゆっくりやってみようと思っていました。購入時に私がやり方を伺うと、店員の方が大変丁寧に教えてくださいました。購入した物がseries3でかなり前のバージョンでしたので、スマホとの相性というか、アップロードしなければならなかったりして、なかなかスムーズにいきませんでした。それでも、お忙しいのに色々と調べながら、対応してくださいました。結局家のWi-Fiに繋いだらできそうということになり、家に帰ってやってみたら、出来ました。何度も店員の方がやっていたのを見ていたので、やり方はしっかりと分かりました。Apple Watchはネットでも店頭でも、大体どこで購入しても、金額は大して変わらないと思います。でも、対応は違います。今回ノジマ三島店に行って本当に良かったと思います。ノジマの補償にも加入しましたので、安心です。親切な対応を本当にありがとうございました。
