今回はテレビが故障したため、買い替えに。井上さんが親切に色々教えてくださって、いい買い物ができました。
前回冷蔵庫、洗濯機を買いにいった時は、なばためさんという方が接客してくださり、親切丁寧に対応してくれました。
ここのノジマはおすすめできます。

パナソニックのラムダッシュES-CLV5Gの5枚歯です。短時間で剃り上がり快適に使用しています。
店員の方の商品説明も問題ありません。。アフターサービスについて言及していただけると、なお良いと思います。

男性が多い電気屋さんで主婦はなかなか質問がしにくかったりということが多く、これまで家電は主人に任せていましたが、女性店員さんはとても丁寧に説明してくださり、商品を実際使わせてくれたり、商品説明もわかりやすかったです。また重い商品を出口まで運んでくれたこともとても嬉しく、またこの方から購入したいという気持ちになりました。

非常に気持ちの良い接客でしたので、次回以降も利用したいと思います。
利用される時間帯によっては人が少ないこともあるようですが、店員さんに声をかければ優しく接客してくれます。
