スタッフが一人で対応していたため
注文するのに20分待ち。
並んでいたのは自分たちだけ。
前のお客さんがケーキを頼んでその場を去り
店員がそれをデコる作業に入るという、、
かなり時間がかかるなら 臨機応変に私たち2つのオーダーをさっさと終わらせればいいのに。
たしかに一人でまわれる時間帯。
でもそれはやり方ひとつ。
そして待たせたお客に
「お待たせしてすみません」がプロ対応でしょ。
終始ムッツリ、、
最後の最後まで気分悪いし
これクレームレベル。
