★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月2日初売りの様子を見に訪れました。エアコンを見ていると、Tさんが製品の詳しい説明をして下さいました。それとなくアップグレード製品や長期保証の利点を上げ、客の購買意欲へと繋げる手腕の見事さに、「流石ベテラン営業ウーマン！」と感心致しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数か月前からTVとブルーレイレコーダーが不調で、買い替えを考えていた。お気に入りの機種はすでに決まっていて、暇さえあれば、電気店をめぐっていた。たまたまノジマに立ち寄ったところ、私に声をかけてきた粂川さんに、相談した、彼女は私の連発するさまざまな質問に、ていねいに答えてくれた。素人にも分かるように、平易な言葉で。次、もし何か電化製品を買うときは、彼女ご指名でいきたいくらいだ。ありがとうございました。現時点では、25日の納品及び設置を、こころまちにしているところです。ここでももちろん、ノジマの担当者さんは、ていねいな対応をしてくれるでしょう。期待しています。

購入条件は本体低額、毎月の通信量も安くしたいのが希望でしたが、各キャリアの中から的確な情報を提供頂き、迷う事なく機種変更出来ました。
