地下鉄県庁前駅からだとそんなに遠くはありません。
坂は登りますが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兵庫県の官庁関連御用達の研修や会議会場です。場所ば坂道上がってラブホテルの前という何だかなあていう立地なんですが静かで集中できます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最寄りのコンビニまで250mほど離れている。近所に食事できるところもない。15分くらい歩けばあるが、昼休憩時間が限られているのなら持ち込んだ方が良い。
飲み物の自販機あるが少し高い気がする。
空調は効きすぎる場合がある。他の方のクチコミで『冬にエアコン効かなくて寒かった』とあるが、逆に夏にエアコン効きすぎて寒かった。春夏でも念のため上着必要。
The nearest convenience store is about 250m away. There is no place to eat in the neighborhood. You can walk for about 15 minutes, but if you have a limited time for lunch breaks, you should bring your own.
There is a drink vending machine, but it feels a little expensive.
Air conditioning may be too effective. According to other people's reviews, it was cold because the air conditioner did not work in winter, but it was too cold in the summer. Even in the spring and summer, a jacket is needed just in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日午前中に訪問。県の公共建物なので特筆すべき点はないです。地下鉄の駅からはそれなりの上り坂なので高齢者や足の不自由な方にはちょいと厳しい立地かなと感じました。会館入口には非接触型のモニター付体温計が設置されてますが、３５℃台前半ばかり吐き出すなど精度はあまり良くないかなと感じました。

It's a fairly uphill slope from the subway station, so I felt it was a bit harsh location for the elderly and people with disabilities. A non-contact thermometer with a monitor is installed at the entrance of the hall, but I felt that the accuracy was not so good, such as spitting out only in the low 35 ° C range.
