★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 粗大ゴミは予約制となっておりますが、無料かつ持ち込みで処分できるので大変便利な施設です。ゴミと資源化物の回収は日曜日も可能ですが土曜日は休みです。
Oversized garbage requires reservations, but it is a very convenient facility as it is free and can be disposed of by bringing it in. Garbage and recyclables can be collected on Sundays but closed on Saturdays.

粗大ゴミを事前にネットで予約後軽トラで持ち込んだ際に量が多かったからか「家庭ごみ以外は本当は駄目なんです」と勝手に業者と決めつけ更にはナンバーの写真を撮りだす始末
こちらは正規の手続きを踏んでいるのに非常に不愉快だった
二度と利用したくない
The attitude of the staff is the worst
Because the amount of oversized garbage was large when I made a reservation online in advance and brought it in with a light truck, I decided that it was really useless except for household waste and decided to take a picture of the number.
This was very unpleasant even though I was following the formal procedure
I don't want to use it again

粗大ゴミの回収には予約が必要でだいたい2週間くらいかかります。
粗大ゴミの回収であればここ西部リサイクルプラザより東部リサイクルプラザの方が早いです。
東部であれば電話予約した翌日から回収してもらえました※タイミングにもよる
また、資源ゴミの回収も事前によく分別をして行くことをおすすめします。
「分からないことがあればスタッフに聞いて下さい」との標識がありますが、スタッフに質問したところびっくりするほど怒鳴られとても不愉快になりました。
スタッフさんと会話せずに済むのであれば文句なしに良施設です。

There is a sign saying "If you have any questions, ask the staff", but when I asked the staff, I was surprised and yelled at them, which made me very uncomfortable.
If you don't have to talk to the staff, it's a good facility without complaint.
